Key Responsibilities
  • Job Management: Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, coordinate requirements for the job, complete job documentation, and communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Supervision: Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities to ensure quality control and efficient job completion.
  • Production and Quality Control: Perform production processes as scheduled, ensure quality control, and identify and address any safety hazards or concerns.
  • Cost Management: Manage and control costs of production projects, including asset protection and maintenance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage job file documentation, perform sales and marketing activities, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Experience and Certifications: Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred, and IICRC certifications are highly valued.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, exposure to chemicals, and ability to work in tight spaces.
