Position Overview:
The Evening Turndown Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a serene and welcoming atmosphere in their accommodations during the evening hours. This position is essential in upholding the high standards set forth by esteemed hospitality organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to both occupied and vacant guest rooms, adhering to the standards established by Housekeeping supervisory staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms using the appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Organize and arrange toiletries, clothing, and personal items to meet established standards.
  • Replenish amenities and terry items as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Efficiently prepare beds for the evening, ensuring they meet appearance standards.
  • Clear room service trays and items from public areas, coordinating their removal as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough checks of completed work areas and the placement of amenities in each guest room before proceeding to the next task.
  • Ensure all assigned guest rooms are serviced, providing continuous updates on status. Return the status device at the end of the shift with accurate notes for guest profiles.
  • Organize supply closets and work areas to maintain efficient operational standards within the Housekeeping Department.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by management.
