Additionally, you should be adept at navigating challenging discussions, as you will be accountable for the performance of your team and the overall effectiveness of your unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a leader and collaborator within the nursing team.
- Ensure that your direct reports and department are equipped to provide optimal patient care.
- Maintain a high level of visibility on the floor, engaging with nurses, patients, and their families.
- Participate in leadership meetings to gain insights into new initiatives and areas for enhancement, sharing relevant information with your team.
- Oversee the productivity and efficiency of your department.
- Mentor team members, sharing your expertise and confidence with assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and others.
Compensation and Benefits
We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000 for eligible hires. Additional compensation is available for participation in our clinical advancement program, along with referral bonuses, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, and relocation support.
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted RN license in the State of Arkansas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care, preferably in a medical orthopedic/neuroscience environment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.
