Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will work closely with our healthcare team to support residents in their daily activities, including:

  • Assisting residents with personal care and daily living tasks to promote independence.
  • Administering medications and monitoring residents' health, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Documenting care provided and observations in our electronic health record system.
  • Collaborating with the Registered Nurse to implement individualized care plans.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program or willingness to obtain certification shortly after hire.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents and staff.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a commitment to quality care.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
