  • Provide physical therapy services at outreach sites in communities around the area.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of treatment plans that meet or exceed departmental outcome standards.
  • Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Submit required paperwork for billing, accurate charges, and authorizations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Certification: Physical Therapist (PT) - South Dakota Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
