Youth Therapist

Astor Services for Children & Families is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team in a school-based Day Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based individual, family, and group treatment to high school, middle, and elementary-age clients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and educational staff
- Conduct intake assessments, clinical assessments, and safety planning
- Collaborate with DC BOCES educational staff to develop integrated plans of care for students
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- 35 hour work week
- One day with extended hours until 5:30pm
- 4 weeks paid vacation annually
- 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days
- 1 sick day per month, accruable to 150 days
- Fully paid individual LTD and life insurance
- Eligibility for participation in agency medical and dental plan
- LMSW, LCSW, LMHC licensure or permit eligibility
