Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Unit at Pottstown Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including cardiac comorbidities, DVT, sepsis, pneumonia, and post-op care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current PA Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
