Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in a Michigan facility.

Job Summary

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care, evaluating and treating patients with lung diseases and breathing disorders. You will work in a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients with respiratory conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen concentrators
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current NBRC Certification
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS Certifications (AHA)
  • Current state license
