About the Role

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Neuropsychologist to join our team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our Division of Psychology, you will provide expert neuropsychological services to children and adolescents with a wide range of diagnoses, including traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, concussion, genetic/metabolic disorders, and acquired brain disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical specialists, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of pediatric neuropsychology
  • Supervise and mentor psychology postdoctoral fellows and trainees
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program
  • Postdoctoral specialty training in clinical neuropsychology, in accordance with Houston Conference guidelines
  • Licensure or license eligibility in the State of Florida
  • Board certification or eligibility in clinical neuropsychology with the expectation of subspecialty certification in pediatric neuropsychology through ABPP
