Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Midas Hospitality. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for reconciling all business transactions, checking in guests, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and provide directions.
  • Accounting and Reconciliation: Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts, ensure all paperwork is completed from the Front Desk and F&B computer systems, and close out the day for both systems.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Run reports for the previous day's business, make, confirm, and cancel reservations, and handle accounting of money, receipts, guest accounts, and credit through operation of the FD computer system.
Requirements
  • Cash Handling Experience: One year of experience handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Front Desk Experience: One year of experience working at a Front Desk position in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Availability: Ability to work nights and weekends, including 7 night shifts and 7 days off.
