Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse II to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and excellent communication skills. As a Pediatric Rapid Response Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing individualized patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a pediatric setting
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or a compact state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
