As a Manager-In-Training, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Manager-In-Training, where you will learn the ins and outs of managing housekeeping, laundry, and dining services. You will be responsible for training, quality control, and in-servicing staff, as well as maintaining records and completing reports.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and perform the job assignments of housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions
  • Assist in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff
  • Maintain records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment
  • Train in maintaining records and completing reports
  • Learn to provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work around food and cleaning products
  • Must live in the service area
