Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at Select Medical. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography, radiographic, and limited fluoroscopic exams with portable equipment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care and promote healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver superior quality in all aspects of your work, ensuring accurate and timely completion of diagnostic procedures.
  • Treat patients with respect and dignity, creating a comfortable and safe environment for each individual.
  • Operate a CT scanner to produce high-quality cross-sectional images of patient anatomy, using proper patient positioning and technical factors.
  • Administer contrast media as directed by referring physicians, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
  • Perform routine quality assurance on equipment, identifying and reporting any malfunctions.
  • Assist with clerical duties, such as answering phones and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, with current state licensure (as required).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist (not including school).
  • ARRT or CMRT certification, with current Continuing Education in all fields of licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating facility-specific equipment.
