Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Emerald Health Services.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to work on the 5th floor of a hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and a strong background in respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify respiratory problems and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain various respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
Requirements:
  • Current KY Board of Respiratory Care License
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • National Board of Respiratory Care Certified RRT
  • Critical care experience, with Level 1 trauma experience and Transplant/Cardiac experience preferred
