The Role

We are seeking a Highway Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

The successful candidate will manage and lead a team of professionals, overseeing the design of large-complex highway projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing design effort, design schedule, and budgets;
  • Change and risk management;
  • Coordinating client needs and developing/building on relationships for future opportunities;
  • Mentoring, developing, and hiring support staff;
  • Monitoring contract compliance and leading project dispute/resolution process;
  • Leading and assisting in the development of future design-build proposals;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with project owners/AHJ's.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + Ten (10) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education;
  • Must possess CA state PE license;
  • State Professional Engineer License, or the ability to obtain within twelve months.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of transportation project experience;
  • Experienced with Design Build delivery for final design;
  • WSDOT Design Build Project Experience;
  • Experience leading and managing transportation design-build projects with WSDOT's on large complex highway projects.

Compensation and Benefits

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.

The expected range is $170,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year.
