**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR. As a key member of our education team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring sanitary eating conditions by maintaining kitchen equipment, cutlery, utensils, and tableware.

**Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation of food items for our dining halls
• Collaborating with other associates to build a strong team atmosphere
• Performing any other job-related functions assigned by supervisors

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Nice-to-have: At least one year's experience in a foodservice environment

**Salary Range**: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. Estimated salary range based on market data and considering the cost of living in Ashland, OR.

**Location**: Southern Oregon University, Ashland, OR.
