We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ambulatory health care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or Physician
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and maintain a professional manner in interacting with patients and staff
  • Perform routine diagnostic tests, collect and process specimens, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Administer medications as directed by the health care provider and maintain accurate documentation in logs
  • Provide patient education and recognize emergency situations, notifying appropriate personnel as needed
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program
  • Licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of New York
  • Three years experience in a health care setting, with computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
