A Competitive Salary for a Dedicated Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Unit
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of our Med/Surg team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Evaluate medical information and provide individualized bedside nursing care to pre- and post-surgery patients.
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
- Perform tasks such as changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
- Adjust medical equipment as needed and interpret measurements.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report adverse reactions to medications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of Acute Care Med-Surg RN experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- A valid Registered Nurse license.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $29.73 - $43.20 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, shift differentials of $4.25 for night shifts and $2.00 for weekend shifts are provided. We also offer sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
