We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Server/Busperson to join our team at Three Rivers Casino & Hotel. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Ensure dining areas are clean and sanitary, maintaining all areas to the standard set by management.
- Table Preparation: Prepare dining areas for guests by cleaning, setting, and prepping tables for turnover by replenishing necessary items.
- Guest Service: Enhance guest service by assisting servers with removing plates, filling glasses, and being attentive to guests' needs.
- Food Service: May be asked to assist servers with running food to tables to ensure quality of product.
- Side Work: Complete side work duties as assigned.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Remain knowledgeable on all food and beverage offerings, including wine selection and pairing options, reviewing daily changes to the menu and specials. Closely follow the F&B department health and personal hygiene policy.
While performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time.
Physical Requirements- Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to carry, reach, twist, bend, and squat frequently.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.

Requirements- Minimum age requirement for this position is 18 years old.
- Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally, in writing, or by other acceptable means.
- Comply with pre-employment, random, and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
- Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
- Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the needs of the department and for special casino events.
