Sherman Oaks Health and Rehab Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Part-time Weekends Registered Nurse. As a dynamic and patient-focused healthcare provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered to all residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments, make rounds, and carry out physician's orders to ensure the delivery of excellent care in a clean, safe, and dignified environment.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Orient and welcome new residents and families, providing a warm and supportive introduction to our facility.
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California.
- Current valid CPR certification.
- Experience providing direct care to multiple patients preferred.
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software.
