Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Seasonal Retail Associate
Location: Craig, MT

At North 40 Outfitters, we are on the lookout for passionate individuals to become part of our dynamic team. As a Retail Associate, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer journey by delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and recommending products that align with our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests.
  • Assist in generating sales through effective product suggestions.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized retail environment.
  • Safeguard company assets while ensuring a clean workspace.

Work Schedule:
This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, within our operational hours of Mon-Sun from 7 am to 7 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collective success.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Dependability and commitment to meeting role expectations.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with fly fishing equipment and local fishing knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to demonstrate techniques and train others.
  • Prior merchandising experience is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry varying weights and remain active throughout the shift.
