About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care through accurate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on wound care management and prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote best practices in wound care.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Possession of a valid LPN license in Washington state within 6 months of hire or compact license.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
