Senior Custodian

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train small groups of custodial staff
- Ensure compliance with building maintenance and security policies and procedures
- Operate power and non-powered floor care equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and customers
- Work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced team environment
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy objects
- Work outdoors in varying temperatures
- Hold a valid US or Canadian driver's license
- Eighteen months of custodial experience with three years total work experience
- Completed Building Services Custodial Development Program or enrolled within 90 days of hire
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic mathematics and computer skills
- Good work organization ability
- High school diploma/GED
- One year of supervision experience
- Knowledge of campus buildings and locations
Monday through Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Compensation:
$17.50/hour plus $0.45 shift differential for a total of $17.95/hour
