As an independent optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being.
You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to opt into equipment, instrumentation, administrative, and/or opt-tech support services for a fair market value.
To be eligible for a lease agreement, you must have a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school, a valid state optometry license, and a General Liability Certificate. You must also have Professional Liability Insurance Certificate and a W-9.
