We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Clinical Decision Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Clinical Decision Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in the development and implementation of unit-based policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to the education and training of new staff members and students.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience.
