About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU and other medical and surgical areas.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Rotate through various units to provide flexibility and support to the organization.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse.
- BSN required.
- ICU and Med/Surg experience required.
- BLS certification required.
- Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards.
