We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Scratch Restaurants Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Prepare and cook high-quality sushi dishes to meet our Michelin-caliber standards.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and ingredients.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items and promotions.
• Ensure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or sushi establishment.
• Proven track record of creating exceptional dining experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong knowledge of sushi preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed and stand for extended periods of time.
