We are seeking an Occupational Therapist PRN Specialist to join our team at American Senior Communities. As an Occupational Therapist PRN Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering skilled occupational therapy services to our patients, working within the principles of occupational therapy and adhering to company policies and procedures.



The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and contribute to case management and quality patient care. Maintaining positive interactions with patients and center staff is essential for this role. Our guiding principles of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence (C.A.R.E) will serve as your framework for all relationships with customers and team members.



Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop initial and ongoing treatment plans

• Develop discharge plans and supervise assistants

• Contribute to case management and provide quality patient care

• Maintain positive interaction with patients and center staff

• Adhere to company policies and procedures and the principles of occupational therapy



Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current licensure in Occupational Therapy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
