Position Overview

We are in search of a highly driven and seasoned Senior Tax Consultant to become part of our vibrant team. This role is remote and requires a candidate with a robust background in taxation, including experience with individual, corporate, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates. The ideal candidate will possess a CPA or be eligible to sit for the exam, alongside public accounting experience and familiarity with real estate and high-net-worth individual taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review tax filings for individuals, corporations, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates.
  • Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
  • Offer tax planning and consulting services to our clients.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to guarantee timely and precise completion of tax-related projects.
  • Assist in tax audits and appeals processes.
  • Mentor and develop junior tax associates.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in individual, corporate, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and/or estates taxation.
  • Experience with real estate and high-net-worth individual taxation is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax software applications.
