Building Automation Engineer

Pennsylvania Hospital is seeking a skilled Building Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining various building systems from a central control center. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of critical systems, including Building Automation, Temp Trac, Pneumatic Tube, Medical Gas, Electrical / Low Voltage, Fire Alarm, and Life Safety systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • You will monitor BAS for proper operations and make adjustments as needed.
  • You will respond to maintenance service calls after hours, weekends, holidays, and dispatch as needed.
  • You will monitor scheduled utility shutdowns and log fire alarm incidents.
  • You will act as point of contact for vendors responding to service calls.
