Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team at ServiceCore. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is eager to learn and grow with our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Multichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues, leveraging tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack. Identify when to escalate complex problems and own the resolution process end-to-end.
- Customer Advocacy: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and turn feedback into actionable insights. Represent the voice of our customers to enhance our offerings.
- Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer challenges and improve our software solutions.
- Knowledge Mastery: Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to effectively guide customers.
- Average Salary: $62,500 per year in Denver, CO (dependent on experience).
