Responsibilities:

  • Multichannel Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, empathetically, and efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues, leveraging tools like Zendesk, Jira, and Slack. Identify when to escalate complex problems and own the resolution process end-to-end.
  • Customer Advocacy: Listen to customers, understand their needs, and turn feedback into actionable insights. Represent the voice of our customers to enhance our offerings.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to communicate customer challenges and improve our software solutions.
  • Knowledge Mastery: Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to effectively guide customers.
  • Average Salary: $62,500 per year in Denver, CO (dependent on experience).
