Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating visually appealing baked goods.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Be an Expert: Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, and eliminating waste.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, interact with associates to understand roadblocks, and assist in training.

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
