Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in creating a positive and engaging experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

We offer a competitive wage of $15 - $22 per hour, depending on experience, with a $500 monthly bonus. Our benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) for new hires, weekly employee recognition, opportunities to earn extra PTO, and quarterly lunches or activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Retail sales experience
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Customer service skills

You should be a self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to be able to represent our company in a professional manner and establish a good rapport with people easily. If you are reliable, attentive to details, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule

This position works Monday- Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, and 1-2 short Saturday shifts a month during our summer season.
