Pavement Maintenance Technician Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our team at EverLine Coatings and Services in Northeast Houston. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pavement maintenance solutions to clients across the region. If you possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks such as line painting/striping, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more. Utilize specialized equipment to ensure top-notch project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and Crew Supervisor to guarantee seamless project execution.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment, prioritizing the well-being of all team members.

Requirements:
- Possession of a valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable means of transportation, enabling easy access to various project locations.
- Self-motivated and critical thinking mindset, poised to tackle new challenges head-on.
- Keen sense of punctuality, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and stamina to excel in a role that demands ample walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating confidence in executing tasks without constant supervision.
- Experience with paint sprayers or small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) is considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits:
