Metal Arts Machine Co., LLC is seeking a skilled Deburr Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of power and hand tools, as well as deburring equipment, to remove burrs, nicks, scratches, and rough and sharp edges from metal parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate power and hand tools, including deburring equipment, to remove imperfections from metal surfaces
• Select the appropriate files or abrasives for the task at hand, based on the material, size, and shape of the workpiece
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality and workmanship standards
• Maintain close attention to detail to prevent damage to parts or equipment
• Follow standard procedures for tool setup, operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and hand tools, identifying when and what type of maintenance is required
• Perform other related duties as needed
