About the Job

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Technician to join our team at Edgewater Federal Solutions. As a technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for data center infrastructure, including servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and hardware replacements.
  • Troubleshoot issues with data center infrastructure and perform repairs as needed.
  • Document and report all technical incidents and resolutions.

Requirements:

  • An associate degree or vocational degree in Information Technology Systems or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance.
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI-CI Poly eligibility.
  • Possess knowledge of IT infrastructure management tools and technologies.
