Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up scheduled deliveries from pharmacies and transport them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Manage and process transactions in the mobile app during the delivery process.
  • Ensure safe transportation of medications and orders by following traffic and DOT regulations.
  • Deliver products to customers while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Communicate with pharmacy team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Collect payments from customers and accurately log them in the log book.

Requirements:

  • Valid NY state driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
