We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Titan Ventures. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various municipal infrastructure projects.

• Project Management: Participate in the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects in phases 6-9 of the HOAI.
• Tendering and Contract Management: Prepare and review tenders, participate in the awarding process, and ensure effective contract management.
• Construction Supervision: Oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and manage defects.
• Invoice and Claim Management: Review and verify invoices and additional claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with all parties involved in the construction process to ensure smooth project execution.

• Education: Degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical education as a construction engineer or technician.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in tendering and construction management/supervision of civil and engineering projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the VOB and relevant construction regulations.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and assertiveness skills, with fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and valid driver's license (Class B).
