Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. As a dynamic and compassionate professional, you will provide comprehensive therapy services to individuals of all ages, helping them improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our clients.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide therapy services to clients in various settings, including schools, clinics, and homes, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support client goals and ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid state licensure and certification (CCC-SLP preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience working with diverse populations and a variety of communication disorders.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual support.
