Position Overview:
Black Diamond Equipment is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary duty of the Retail Associate is to foster a positive and engaging customer experience by delivering outstanding service as part of a collaborative team. This includes:
1. Assisting customers with relevant information, guidance, and support.
2. Accurately processing merchandise, payments, and customer information through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Addressing and resolving customer relations and satisfaction issues.
4. Ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.
5. Performing additional tasks as assigned.
6. Restocking and managing back stock, which may involve lifting boxes of gear.

Qualifications:
Education:
Required: High School Diploma

Experience:
Required: Customer Service Experience.
Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of retail sales experience in an outdoor specialty store. Familiarity with Black Diamond Equipment products is advantageous.

Skills:
Excellent customer relations abilities, proficiency with POS systems, typing skills, merchandising knowledge, and a self-motivated attitude are essential.
