Position Overview

Camel Energy Inc. is seeking a talented engineer to become an integral part of our innovative team focused on the design and enhancement of battery and energy storage solutions for diverse vehicle applications. In this role, you will work closely with project leaders and engineering teams on cell innovation, module architecture, battery management systems (BMS), and comprehensive testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of electrical assessments on batteries to determine efficiency and performance
  • Formulate strategies for product enhancement and optimization
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and technological advancements
  • Recognize and mitigate safety hazards throughout the development process
  • Present research outcomes to team members and stakeholders
  • Assist in the patenting process for new concepts and advancements
  • Explore avenues for process refinement and performance improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Understanding of battery chemistry and energy storage methodologies
  • Familiarity with battery testing instruments is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in Excel and quick to adapt to new software
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
