About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our dental support organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Patient Care Plans: Collaborate with our doctors to create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines.
  • Manage Schedules: Effectively manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education, while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Continuing Professional Development: Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices in dental hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work closely with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
