Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Materials Transporter to join our team at ISEC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting and unloading construction materials to job sites, as well as assisting in the management of materials in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload delivery trucks at the warehouse and stage/organize materials according to projects.
  • Package and load materials for safe transport and efficient installation.
  • Follow proper guidelines for loading and unloading materials.
  • Maintain a daily delivery schedule of construction materials to job sites.
  • Operate a forklift as needed to unload materials.
  • Ability to drive a pickup with a 20ft flatbed trailer.
Safety Responsibilities
  • Responsible for following and participating in the ISEC Safety Program and adhering to the ISEC Safety Promise.
  • Perform jobs in the safest manner prescribed - never put themselves in harm's way.
  • Conduct themselves in a way that enhances their personal safety and that of their coworkers, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Report workplace hazards and make suggestions for their control. Use Stop Work Authority and respect Stop Work Authority on the job.
  • Cooperate and contribute toward the overall success of the safety program.
  • Report all injuries and incidents as soon as possible.
Requirements
  • Must be able to physically climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolds.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • Must be able to use hands and arms to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
  • Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction).
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience unloading materials.
  • Forklift Certification - ISEC will cover the certification cost.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Education or Equivalent.
  • Ability to drive large trucks and trailers.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while working with multiple team members.
