Key Responsibilities:- Administer routine and PRN medications and treatments in a timely manner, providing adequate monitoring of residents' conditions.
- Work collaboratively with other disciplines to support services that encourage a resident's highest level of functioning.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families, promoting a culture of care and compassion.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Practical Nursing License required.
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
