We are dedicated to providing an outstanding patient experience, assisting individuals in returning to their active lifestyles, whether that be in sports, work, or daily activities. We are looking for a per diem Physical Therapist to join our team and provide coverage in the designated regions with a flexible schedule. A minimum of one (1) year of outpatient experience is required.
Schedule: PRN as needed, available Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $50.00 per hour, with the hourly rate based on experience.

- Comprehend and adhere to state practice acts and regulations governing the practice of physical therapy.
- Complete and uphold all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
- Assess, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
- Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
- Participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
- Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Valid State Physical Therapist License.
- Current Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
