Job Description:

The Bartender is a key player in our food and beverage program, combining enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of our offerings. Your role is to craft a memorable experience for each guest by establishing personal connections and showcasing a positive attitude that keeps them returning to Sofive.

• Familiarity with popular beverages and the ability to make informed recommendations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to follow directions and achieve team and company goals.
• Basic understanding of Point of Sale systems.
• Dependability and reliability in adhering to a set schedule.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and pace for extended periods.
• Required: Minimum age of 21 years.
• Preferred: A love for soccer.

Responsibilities:

• Stay informed about current marketing strategies and upcoming events to proactively engage guests and encourage repeat visits.
• Responsible for taking orders, preparing beverages, serving drinks, selling food, and fostering repeat clientele.
• Follow specific service timelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain positive relationships with all team members and management.
• Propose suggestions and ideas to management to enhance business growth.
• Participate in cross-training and adhere to mandatory cleaning protocols as part of the role.
