Nurse - Dialysis Experience Not Required

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at the Norfolk Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal disease. No dialysis experience is required, and training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility.
Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Overseeing a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
- Working with your head, heart, and hands each day in a dynamic environment.
