Receptionist - CenterWell - Primary Care

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and direct incoming calls, messages, and visitors in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 2 years of technical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
