Bridge Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Bridge Carpenter to join our team at COLAS. As a Bridge Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing carpentry work on bridge construction sites, including tasks such as building and bracing wooden forms and falsework, driving piles, and assembling and guiding steel and concrete girders into final position.

• Perform carpentry work on bridge construction sites
• Build and brace wooden forms and falsework
• Drive piles and work at elevated heights
• Assemble and guide steel and concrete girders into final position
• Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in heavy highway construction
• Ability to work at elevated heights and in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift and manipulate objects up to 80 lbs
• Excellent vision and hearing
