We are seeking a highly skilled Roadway Design Engineer to join our team at Consor Engineers. As a key member of our transportation planning group, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and development of local, county, and state roadway and highway projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development of typical sections, alignments, profiles, layouts, and cross-sections for transportation projects.
- Support the design team in the creation of design documentation, plans, and reports for specific tasks and quantity calculations.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes and engineering practices.
- Perform engineering calculations and estimates for transportation projects.
- Collect and process data for topographic surveys and right-of-way engineering for use in design analysis.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum four years of transportation engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proficiency in Microstation, AutoCad, and Civil3D software.
